Asheville School for the Apparel Arts was founded in August of 2015 by Anna Toth, owner of Bow & Arrow and winner of Charleston Fashion Week's Emerging Designer Competition: East.  Anna's designs are known for their impeccable fit and craftsmanship. Anna learned the art of flat pattern drafting during her time in San Francisco, CA under the tutelage of Suzy Furrer, author of Building Patterns: The Architecture of Women's Clothing, which is the text book used in the Patternmaking and design program.
